Autorul propune o sinteză a rezultatelor unui studiu dedicat învăţământului superior centrat pe competenţele solicitate de necesităţile formabililor şi de cele ale pieţei muncii din ţară, aflate în continuă schimbare. Ansamblul de competenţe profesionale dezvoltate în universităţi urmează să deschidă perspective reale de integrare socială şi profesionalăa tinerilor specialiştiThis paper proposes a synthesis of the results of a study dedicated to higher education, centered on the skills required by trainees and the needs of the changing labor market in the country. The skills developed in universities should open the real perspectives for social and professional insertion of young specialists.
