IMPACTUL ACTIVITĂȚII INDEPENDENTE A STUDENȚILOR PEDAGOGI ÎN FORMAREA PROFESIONALĂ INIȚIALĂ

Abstract

Profesionalizarea cadrelor didactice bazată pe competenţe avansează programelor de formare atribuţiuni de pregătire iniţială a studenților pedagogi pentru activitatea independentă. Cercetările pedagogice demonstrează importanța preocupărilor cadrelor didactice universitare pentru planificarea activitățăii independente, orientate spre dezvoltarea capacităţilor de autoinstruire şi promovare a valorilor culturii învățării autodirijate a studenților. Transformarea condiţiilor pedagogice din mediul universitar în resurse de facilitare a activităţii de învăţare socială constituie un indicator important al calității studiilor universitare.Competency-based teacher professionalisation generates the formation of independent learners during the initial teacher training programmes. Pedagogical research reveals the importance of university teachers’ awareness of the need to design activities oriented towards the development of autonomous learning skills and promotion of a self-directed learning culture in students. Converting the university pedagogical conditions into resources that facilitate students’ independent learning is an important indicator of the quality of university education.
