Abstract

Modelul unui profesor valoros este descris ca un bun cunoscător al domeniului şi al disciplinei pe care o predă. Dezvoltarea motivației pentru autoformare este determinată de preocuparea cadrelor didactice de a identifica acele aspecte ale activităţii sale care necesită ameliorări. Nevoia de a se perfecţiona continuu, de a corespunde noilor cerințe educaționale, de a învăța din experienţa sa şi a altora îl determină pe profesor să găsească noi căi şi mijloace de reproiectare şi optimizare a propriei activităţi, de promovare a unui sistem de valori în concordanţă cu idealul educaţional.The model of a valuable teacher is described as a good expert in the domain and the discipline they teach. The development of motivation for self-training is determined by the concern of teachers to identify those aspects of its activity that need improvement. The need to continuously improve, to meet the new educational requirements, to learn from their and others’ experience determines the teacher to find new ways and means to redesign and optimise their own activity, to promote a value system in accordance with the ideal of education.
