Abstract
This article reflects a fact-finding study aimed at identifying the degree of manifestation of the components of burnout syndrome encountered by the teachers that work in inclusive schools. Since teaching is an emotional work that involves a very high psycho-emotional consumption, the importance of psychological assistance for teachers has risen, preventing burnout.
