DEZVOLTAREA ABILITĂŢILOR DE GESTIONARE A CONFLICTULUI ÎN FAMILIE

Abstract

În ultimele decenii a crescut considerabil numărul lucrărilor consacrate cercetării aspectelor psihologice ale conflictului. Atenţia sporită faţă de acest fenomen social - psihologic se datorează rolului pe care îl joacă acesta în procesul evoluţiei personalităţii şi în menţinerea relaţiilor cu cei din jur. Astfel, devine actuală şi necesară dezvoltarea unor abilităţi ce ar înlesni gestionarea conflictelor interpersonale. Articolul de faţă vine să prezinte rezultatele unui studiu care a avut drept scop dezvoltarea abilităţilor de gestionare a conflictului la nivel de familie.During the last decades has increased significantly the number of papers devoted to research of psychological aspects of the conflict. The increased attention to this social and psychological phenomenon is due to the role that it plays in the development of personality and maintaining relationships with others. Therefore, it becomes actual and necessary to develop skills that would facilitate the interpersonal conflict management. This article comes to submit results of a study aimed to developing skills in conflict management at the family level.
