Abstract

Conform Legii privind Fondul Ariilor Naturale Protejate de Stat nr. 1538/1998 suprafața totală a FANPS constituie 210 695,87 ha (2106,96 km2) sau 5,8% din teritoriul total al țării. Rezervațiile de resurse au ca obiectiv conservarea resurselor natural pentru menținerea lor în stare naturală în vederea volorificării ulterioare durabile. Anexa nr. 6, a Legii nr. 1538 din 25.02.1998 privind fondul ariilor naturale protejate de stat include Rezervațiile de resurse (de sol, 13 la număr) care are menirea de a proteja complexe de soluri virgine și tipuri de soluri cele mai reprezentative, unele în stare naturală și altele aflate în circuitul agricol.

According to the Law on the State Protected Natural Areas Fund no. 1538/1998, the total area of the FANPS is 210,695.87 ha (2106.96 km2) or 5.8% of the total territory of the country. The resource reserves aim to conserve natural resources in order to maintain them in their natural state for subsequent sustainable volorification. Annex no. 6, of Law no. 1538 of 25.02.1998 regarding the fund of natural areas protected by the state includes the Resource Reserves (soil, 13 in number) which is meant to protect complexes of virgin soils and the most representative types of soils, some in their natural state and others in the agricultural circuit.
