Abstract

Personal and professional development has become a major necessity for all those who are employed in the educational field ,because the ability to formulate development goals and achieve them in relevant terms will increase employee efficiency .The main purpose of a personal and professional development plan is to improve an individual's ability to understand what and how they are learning ,also to give him the opportunity of a planned learning process and to take responsibility for its individual learning with the purpose of becoming a successful professional and career evolution. The development of transferable skills which will insure success can be initiated at schools, in classrooms, through following career guidance programs. Every employee can have a complete realization in his career only if he has skills of continuing professional development and will use his entire personal potential in his professional activity.
