ARGUMENTAREA NECESITĂȚII PREGĂTIRII INTEGRATE A ARBITRILOR DE RUGBY DE ÎNALTĂ CALIFICARE

Abstract

Acest articol scoate în evidență necesitatea unei abordări speciale în pregătirea arbitrului ce oficializează un meci de rugby. Abordarea specială a pregătirii arbitrului de rugby este determinată de complexitatea jocului, care este caracterizată prin multitudinea de acțiuni tehnico-tactice operate de sportiv în cele trei forme de joc, joc grupat-penetrant, joc desfășurat și jocul cu piciorul, dar și de existența momentelor fixe și multitudinea punctelor de fixare caracteristice jocului. Cunoașterea regulilor de joc și pregătirea fizică a arbitrului nu este suficient pentru a dirija un meci de rugby, a aplica corect și imparțial prevederile regulamentului. Arbitrul trebuie să posede cunoștințe aprofundate despre tehnica și tactica jocului care va permite anticiparea abaterilor de la regulament. Totodată este de menționat faptul că pregătirea arbitrilor de rugby trebuie să se producă într-o formă complexă, aplicând strategii care să îmbine metodele și mijloacele pregătirii teoretice, fizice, tehnico-tactice și psihologice. Această abordare, în literatura de specialitate, este definită pregătire integrată.This article highlights the need for a special approach in training the referee who officiates a rugby match. The special approach to the training of the rugby referee is determined by the complexity of the game, which is characterized by the multitude of technical-tactical actions operated by the athlete in the three forms of the game, group-penetrating game, open game and the game with the foot, but also by the existence of moments fixed and the multitude of fixing points characteristic of the game. Knowledge of the rules of the game and physical training of the referee is not enough to direct a rugby match, apply the rules correctly and impartially. The referee must possess a thorough knowledge of the technique and tactics of the game that will allow antici pation of deviations from the rules. At the same time, it should be mentioned that the training of rugby referees must be produced in a complex form, applying strategies that combine the methods and means of theoretical, physical, technical-tactical and psychological training. This approach, in the specialized literature, is defined as integrated training.
