SURSELE STRESULUI OCUPAȚIONAL LA PROCURORI

Abstract

Studiul dat abordează problematica stresului ocupațional, per general, precum și identificarea surselor de stres în particular la procurorii din Republica Moldova. În cercetare au fost identificate sursele principale de stres în munca procurorilor: stresori organizaționali, stresori operaționali, factori de stres externi și interni, precum și factori de stres ce vizează viitorul profesional. Evidențierea acestor surse ar facilita organizarea eficientă a muncii și ar da posibilitatea de acționa la nivelul promovării strategiilor de gestionare a stresului în mediul organelor de drept.

This study aimed to investigate the problem of occupational stress, in general and to identify the stressors in the job of prosecutors from the Republic of Moldova in particular. The research identified the main stress factors in the prosecutors' work: organizational stressors, operational stressors, external and internal stressors, as well as stressors related to the future professional. Highlighting these sources would facilitate the efficient organization of the work, as well as give the possibility to act at with the view of promoting stress management strategies in the law enforcement area.
