Abstract
Este abordată problema privind dezvoltarea competenţei interculturale la liceeni în contextul predării istoriei, precum şi al promovării managementului intercultural în instituţia de învăţământ preuniversitară. Se urmăreşte scopul stabilirii unei metodologii de dezvoltare a competenţelor interculturale la liceeni în contextul predării istoriei. Semnificaţia practică este certificată de proiectarea reperelor metodologice de dezvoltare a competenţelor interculturale la liceeni în contextul predării istoriei, fapt ce eficientizează aplicarea iniţiativelor strategice de optimizare a planului de dezvoltare
şcolară la nivel de management intercultural, în cadrul instituţiei de învăţământ preuniversitar.
The research analyses the problem of the intercultural competences development in high-school students in the context of teaching history, as the promoting of the intercultural management, in the pre-university education institution and follows the aim of establishing a methodology of intercultural competences development in high-school students in the context of teaching history.The practical significance of the researchis attested by the methodological guide marks projecting of ntercultural competences development in high-school students in the context ofteaching history the fact that streamlines the application of strategic initiatives in optimizing the school development plan of the level of the intercultural management within the pre-university education institution.
