PERSPECTIVE PSIHOLOGICE PRIVIND PROFILUL PSIHOLOGIC AL DEȚINUTULUI

Abstract

Impactul privării de libertate asupra personalităţii este în multe cazuri dramatic, stimulând conduite diferite faţă de cele din mediul ne-carceral. Detenția în penitenciar presupune o schimbare dramatică de cadru existențial, iar dimensiunea afectivă a personalității va fi cel mai afectată de frustrările introduse de detenţia în penitenciar. În lucrare sunt rezentate teoriile psihologice privind profilul psihologic al deținutului. Această sinteză teoretică este realizată cu scopul de a clarifica instrumentarul de diagnosticare a caracteristicilor psihologice ale deținuților din Republica Moldova.The impact of deprivation of liberty on personality is in many cases dramatic, stimulating behaviors different from those in the non-carceral environment. Detention in prison implies a dramatic change in the existential framework, and the affective dimension of the personality will be most affected by the frustrations introduced by the detention in the penitentiary. The paper presents the psychological theories on the psychological profile of the detainee. This theoretical synthesis is carried out in order to clarify the methodological analysis of the psychological characteristics of the detainees in the Republic of Moldova.
