| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the research consists of developing a strategy for innovation management in higher education. Innovation and scientific originality it is on the theoretical analysis of the concept and process innovation and innovation transfer object and strategy management innovation in higher education, to argue theoretical factors and conditions to realize management innovation in higher education in managerial and methodological perspective. Research results contribute to the development of management theory and practice of innovation in higher education; theoretical parts can be applied in conceptualizing innovative system-level management; in initial training and skills to students/young-researchers on accessing various scientific databases. | en |
