PARTICULARITĂŢI ALE INTELIGENŢEI SPIRITUALE LA CADRELE DIDACTICE UNIVERSITARE – CADRU EXPERIMENTAL

Abstract

Articolul de față scoate în evidență importanța inteligenței spirituale prin prisma dimensiunilor sale: gândirea critică existențială, producerea de sens personal, conștiința transcendentală și expansiunea stării de conștiință. În acest context, sunt reflectate rezultatele experimentului psihopedagogic cu referire la inteligența spirituală a cadrelor didactice universitare, la etapa de constatare, form are și control.

This article highlights the importance of spiritual intelligence from the perspective of its dimensions: critical existentialism thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness and conscious state expansion. In this context, the results of the psychopedagogical experiment with reference to the spiritual intelligence of the academic staff, to the stage of finding , training and control are reflected.
