    The article presents the research methodology using intelligent software tools for obtaining remissions of mental and behavioral disorders. The research presented in this article began in 2003 under the guidance of psychiatrist-epileptologist Dr. Alexandru Popov. Having success in achieving remissions for patients with mental and behavioral disorders in epilepsy(MBDE). The main goal is to utilize expertise in medicine, genetics, mathematics, computer science, and artificial intelligence to discover the mechanisms of MBDE remissions and to develop intelligent support systems for diagnosis and treatment.

    DEEP LEARNING APPROACH TO FORECASTING ELECTRICITY PRICE FROM LOAD DATA

    The accurate forecasting of electricity price and load is essential for maintaining a stable interplay between demand and supply in the dynamic electricity market. In this work we propose a deep Convolutional Neural Network-based model for day-ahead electricity price forecasting from historical price/load data and predicted load values. The model was tested on the data for New York and New South Wales and demonstrated high prediction accuracy for both datasets.

    Synthesis, cod multiplication and system adaptabilities are concepts inspired from biology. In the paper are related the technique of informational systems development oriented on problem. This class of systems proves the following qualities: the elaboration efficiency, the mobility at the application and adaptability domains to the evolution of the application area.

    CONCEPTUL SISTEMULUI SUPORT PENTRU EXPERTIZA PROIECTELOR

    It was showed up the concept of the informational system support within the process of projects expertise in the areas of science, innovations and technological transfer, which is elaborated by the Expertise Consultative Council in collaboration with the Resource and Informational Networks Center of Moldova Academy of Sciences, according to the Decision of the Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development. The Informational System is projected as a family of informational working stations, built on relational data base technology and modern communication technologies. There were stated the technological methods oriented on applications obtaining with following qualities: elaboration productivity, systems adaptability to application domain evolution, maintenance and development by final user without the assistance of developer, liability and security, economy of elaboration resources.

    It was described the elaboration experience of a information system oriented on problems. This experience has proved: high productivity and low costs of elaboration for applicative program products’ family; flexibility of applications; the development of systems by the final user without the support from developer; high liability of the software products, that is non-subjected to the evolution of application domain.
