Synthesis, cod multiplication and system adaptabilities are concepts inspired from biology. In the paper are related
the technique of informational systems development oriented on problem. This class of systems proves the following
qualities: the elaboration efficiency, the mobility at the application and adaptability domains to the evolution of the
application area.

It was described the elaboration experience of a information system oriented on problems. This experience has proved:
high productivity and low costs of elaboration for applicative program products’ family; flexibility of applications; the
development of systems by the final user without the support from developer; high liability of the software products,
that is non-subjected to the evolution of application domain.
