For these reasons, an attempt was made to achieve a complex, two-dimensional synthesis in premise-impact correlations. At the same time, the research was conditioned by the tangents of two socio-human sciences: sociology and political science. The novelty of the study consists in the fact that a complex synthesis was made on the influence of the accession process on the entire political and social system.
