This leads to increased efficiency in daily activity, which also means increasing the value of human resources within public administration authorities.Item DE LA STATU-QUO LA SCHIMBARE: RECONFIGURAREA ATITUDINII FAȚĂ DE MUNCĂ A FUNCȚIONARILOR PUBLICI ÎN ERA POSTPANDEMICĂ(CEP USM, 2023) Ceacîr, IrinaIn that article, I tried to explain the path of change in the attitudes of public officials who worked without many problems and obstacles before the pandemic, and everything that followed after the pandemic. The process of reconfiguring the activities of public officials and the way they are viewed at work is described. It is evident that their role has increased, and many public officials no longer want to work as they did before the pandemic, but they want emotional stability at work. It is a long process in the initial phase, but it is progressing quickly.
