    PROPAGANDA POLITICĂ ÎN REGIMURILE TOTALITARE

    In articolul de față sunt abordate noțiunele generale a fenomenului propagandei politice în regimurile totalitare. În primul rând, s-a evidențiat principalele definiții și funcții ale propagandei. În al doilea rând s-a analizat aspectele principale ale propagandei răspândite de regimurile totalitare. Propaganda întotdeauna este văzută ca un fenomen negativ. Desigur, propaganda presupune prezența unui public de masă ferm orientat către anumite stereotipuri. Cronologic, statele totalitare care au dezvoltat si institutionalizat propaganda, ridicând-o la nivelul politicii de stat după Primul Război Mondial au fost Rusia sovietică, Italia fascistă, Germania nazistă și Japonia militaristă. După cel de-al Doilea Război Mondial, același model propagandistic poate fi identificat și în alte state conduse de regimuri totalitare comuniste precum în China, Coreea de Nord, Vietnam sau Cuba, desigur cu unele specificități locale. Propaganda este nu doar un instrument al ideologiei, ci și un element independent în structura de ansamblu a sistemului ideologic.

The scientific novelty of the work is derived from the comprehensive analysis of the impact of regime characteristics on the individual, with a nuanced understanding of particular country profiles.
