    Decision-making transparency aims to ensure collaboration between citizens and central and local public institutions. It does not introduce direct democratic rules into the decision-making process, it only ensures dialogue and collaboration between the public sector and the beneficiaries of decisions. The Republic of Moldova has a rich legal framework for the application of the principle of transparency in the decision-making process in the local public administration of level II.
