    Flexible forms of work are work programs that allow employees to adapt their work schedule, including through the use of remote work, home work, flexible work regime, part-time work or compressed work week. These find their applicability arising from the employee’s continuous need to have a certain flexibility in the organization of time and the way of organizing work, still to be conditioned, in a mandatory manner, by the specifics of the activity carried out by him, as well as its impact on the organization of the activity the institution as a whole.
