    The paper represents a theoretical and methodological analysis of the main impact of the Public Private Partnership on the development of Public Administration in Republic of Moldova. The research consists of three compartments: the theoretical-scientific analysis, the legal framework which is applicable to the research field and the practical study through which the author determines the main role of Public Private Partnership and some potential solutions in order to maintain the sustainable development of this field in terms of transparency and efficiency for the Public Administration.
