Furthermore, generative AI helps create slides, graphs, and other visual aids that enhance and enrich presentations. Finally, AI upholds a high-quality standard by guaranteeing that the data supplied is accurate and devoid of human error. By employing ChatGPT and Gamma tools, together with Prompt Engineering techniques, we will focus on this research to study two essential aspects to improve the speed of task accomplishment: summarizing and presentations.
