Item The valorization of intercultural education in national and international educational policies(CEP USM, 2024) Dicusară, OlgaIntercultural education becomes an essential tool for developing a more tolerant and cohesive society, where diversity is perceived as a valuable resource. The analysis of the intercultural dimension in national and international educational policies highlights not only the necessity of integrating it into the school curriculum but also emphasizes the importance of developing intercultural competencies among all actors involved in the educational process (teachers, students, families, communities). The integration of diverse cultural values and practices into all aspects of the educational process must be carried out with care and responsibility, taking into account the specifics of each cultural environment and avoiding superficial or standardized implementations. Without well-thought-out measures and a deep understanding of diversity, efforts can become counterproductive, leading to stereotypes and inequalities instead of inclusion and mutual respect.Item Dezvoltarea personală. Strategie de management educațional(CEP USM, 2023) Ciulei, FlorentinaOrganizațiile școlare din România se confruntă cu perspectiva continuă a schimbării prin raportare la schimbările legislative, la cele de la nivelul paradigmei educaționale, dar și la nivel social. Schimbare ca proces în organizația școlară produce implicații majore în mediul social-profesional actual al cadrelor didactice și al managerilor școlari, determinându-i să identifice metode eficiente de adaptare la schimbare, de reinventare și reconfigurare pentru a oferi sens și relevanță activității didactice și manageriale, pentru a facilita depășirea provocărilor care apar în procesul schimbărilor sociale și paradigmelor educaționale, dar și în relațiile cu alți actori educaționali și cu sine însuși. Pentru a adopta cea mai adecvată cale de funcționare eficientă în mediul social-profesional actual în continuă dinamică, cadrele didactice și managerii școlari se implică în programe și proiecte destinate susținerii procesului de dezvoltare personală ca parte a evoluției în carieră, dar și succesului profesional.Item Procedural knowledge in development of scientific thinking in teachers: certain experimental sequences(CEP USM, 2024) Sanduleac, SergiuThis paper analyzes the role of procedural knowledge in the development of scientific thinking and the formation of teaching staff. Procedural knowledge involves skills and procedures, i.e., how we perform certain activities or tasks. Procedural knowledge, in essence, is application-level competences that are related to practical skills and ,,know-how” in a particular domain. These types of knowledge are essential for the functioning of scientific thinking in complex problem-solving. The article presents the results of a study conducted on a sample of teachers. The study demonstrates that the development-efficiency of scientific thinking among teachers can be facilitated by the exploration of a specially developed training program, focused on the consolidation of declarative knowledge/ competences at the level of knowledge, the systematic involvement of metacognition and the stimulation of procedural competences development at the level of integration.Item FORMAREA CONTINUĂ A CADRELOR DIDACTICE DIN PERSPECTIVA EDUCAȚIEI INCLUZIVE TIMPURII(CEP USM, 2024) Mișcalencu, MădălinaInclusive early education is an essential concept in modern education systems, aiming to integrate all children, regardless of their abilities, acquisitions, disabilities or needs, in a normal and friendly educational environment. The early years of education play an important role in forming positive attitudes and behaviors towards inclusion. In this context, the continuous training of preschool teachers becomes necessary to ensure a quality education that conveys values regarding respect and acceptance of human diversity. The training of teaching staff, who work in preschool education, is necessary, at the same time, from the perspective of training skills that meet the diverse needs of students, but also from the perspective of training inclusive mentalities at the level of the preschool group.Item PARTICULARITĂȚI ALE EPUIZĂRII PROFESIONALE A CADRELOR DIDACTICE DIN ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTUL SPECIAL(CEP USM, 2022-11-29) Croitoriu, NicoletaFrecvența din ce în ce mai mare a persoanelor angajate în câmpul muncii, care suferă de epuizare profesională, justifică atenția acordată acestui fenomen în ultimii ani, atât la nivel științific, cât și la nivelul simțului comun. Considerat a fi o importantă problemă socială și individuală (Maslach, 1993), acest fenomen necesită, pe lângă abordarea teoretică, și o serie de cercetări practice realizate pe cadre didactice din învățământul preuniversitar în vederea prevenirii sau reducerii frecvenței și intensității acestui sindrom. Scopul acestei cercetări rezidă în stabilirea nivelului de epuizare profesională la cadrele didactice care activează în medii educaționale incluzive, identificarea factorilor de risc ai acestui fenomen, studierea relaţiei de interdependenţă cu resursele personale și resursele postului, precum şi determinarea condiţiilor psihologice de diminuare a epuizării profesionale. La această etapă de cercetare eșantionul a întrunit 70 de cadre didactice din instituții educaționale preuniversitare, care își desfășoară activitatea la ciclurile primar, gimnazial și liceal din municipiul Suceava și din județele Suceava, Iași, Neamț. La constituirea eșantionului prin aplicarea metodei randomizării am urmărit să respectăm principiul diversității teritoriale, selectând instituții din localități urbane și rurale cu subiecți (cadre didactice) care lucrează cu elevi cu CES, din învățământul special. Analiza răspunsurilor oferite de subiecți arată că cauzele care obosesc emoțional cadrele didactice implicate în activitatea profesională în învățământul special diferă de la un subiect la altul și sunt într-o creștere semnificativă.Item The development of the school newspaper in Israel between 1948–1980: concept and product(CEP USM, 2023) Dahan, IlanaHebrew media has a rich history which continued to be produced after the creation of the state of Israel in both formal and informal settings. The production of school newspapers influences the extracurricular educational activity by enriching it with valuable content, as well as the spirit, that is useful for the harmonious development of the students involved in such activities. The process of designing and producing school newspapers between 1948 and the eighties of the 20th century in Israel was carried out in a very similar way to the way in which this process was carried out in the period before the establishment of the state of Israel and continued to function in accordance with the activity of the three categories of staff usually involved in the process of making these journalistic products: teaching staff, students, as well as the category combined between the two ones. Through the research presented below, it was concluded that over the years, the editorial policy of the school newspaper in Israel was often dictated by the type of school, the religion of those involved in the process, the gender of the authors (boys, girls), age, product financing, etc. The positive aspect of the process of creating a school newspaper can also be extracted from the fact that two categories were always involved in the process of creating a school newspaper: students and teachers, the tandem working more efficiently than in other cases where only one category was involved: either only teaching staff, or only students.Item Rolul managerului în soluţionarea conflictelor în instituţia şcolară(CEP USM, 2023) Petrea, Daniela-Mioara; Guțu, VladimirAcest articol prezintă rolul managerului, precum şi importanţa acestuia în soluţionarea conflictelor apărute între actorii din instituţia de învăţământ. Sunt prezentate modalităţile prin care un manager ajută cadrele didactice să aibă o conduită normală şi responsabilă, sunt prezentate strategii de soluţionare a acestora prin parteneriate, mediere, evaluarea activităţilor de gestionare a conflictelor. În articol sunt prezentate strategii de soluţionare a conflictelor şi exemple de stiluri abordate de managerul instituţiei de învăţământ.
