    Psycho-pedagogical factors and principles for stress management situations in the educational process [Articol]

    The article presents the psycho-pedagogical factors and principles of managing the professional stress of teachers in the educational process. The analysis of specialized literature demonstrates that there are stressful factors that influence the professional activity of teachers. In the given context, there are several types of stress: the stress produced by the education process, the stress from the parent’s attitude, the stress from the class of students. The normative framework of professional stress management is based on psycho-pedagogical principles, especially the principles of practical pedagogy, which foresee certain actions undertaken in the relationship between the teacher and the actors involved in the educational process.

    Particularities of communication in couples: theoretical syntheses

    In recent years, in the context of socio-cultural changes, including the increase in the divorce rate, the changes occurring in the dimension of gender roles and the increase in the importance of personal independence in couples, it is essential to focus on understanding how communication can influence these relationships. Couple relationships have become more complex, and expectations towards the partner have increased. Effective communication between partners is considered one of the most important predictors of relationship longevity and can decrease the risk of separation.

    The fight against gender-based violence is not only a matter of civilization and respect for human rights, but today it is a true “social problem,” as it affects all classes, families, generations, and reference social groups. It represents a serious public health issue, directly impacting the physical and mental well-being of women and indirectly affecting the social and cultural well-being of the entire population. It is a contemporary issue, in terms of both its scale and development over time, often underestimated but simultaneously a phenomenon that is very difficult to combat, as it persists in the interstices of society, often elusive and unsuspected, manifesting more silently in everyday life and managing to present itself as an accidental event even in the perception of the victims themselves.

    Conţinutul acestor sinteze reprezintă câteva abordări teoretice care oferă o perspectivă cu mai multă claritate, accentuând câteva dintre dimensiunile pe care le considerăm fiind cele mai relevante pentru cercetarea noastră. Aceste teorii încearcă să plaseze în prim plan, etapele de bază prin care trece un cuplu, factorii care constituie pilonii de bază în formarea, creşterea şi dezvoltarea cuplului/familiei. Prin urmare, conceptele elucidate în acest articol încearcă să evidenţieze componentele din care este constituit conceptul de cuplu şi transformarea acestuia în timp.
