    The influence of the physical education lesson with rugby content on the motivation of high school students to practice motor activities

    This article represents, in general, the purpose of our research that followed the influence of the physical education lesson with rugby content on the motivation of the practice of curricular and extracurricular motor activities by high school students. From the analysis of the monitoring documents (the record book and the physical education teacher’s notebook) it resulted that the students in the experimental group, by including the means specific to rugby in the physical education lessons, increased their participation in classes. This fact is confirmed by the reduction in the number of absences recorded by the class in physical education lessons during the school year, compared to both the previous year of studies and the students in the control group. Also, the reduction in the number of absences from physical education classes highlights a significant increase in the interest of students in the experimental group in practicing sports, either individually or within sports groups outside the school, compared to students in the control group.

    The study of variable stars with in extracurricular astronomy activities

    This paper presents the impact of extracurricular astronomy activities, with a special focus on the study of variable stars, on the development of students’ investigative competence. Involving 55 students from grades VI-XII in the Republic of Moldova, the extracurricular activities combined theory with practice, using modern technologies for astronomical observations and data analysis. The students were introduced to the use of astronomical equipment and software necessary for conducting detailed analyses of variable stars. The results showed a significant improvement in understanding and applying scientific concepts, as well as an increase in digital skills and critical thinking. The article highlights the value of interdisciplinarity and innovative approaches in scientific education, providing a valuable model for enhancing educational programs through practical activities and direct interactions with scientific phenomena.

    ABORDĂRI PSIHOPEDAGOGICE REFERITOARE LA ORGANIZAREA ACTIVITĂȚILOR EDUCAȚIONALE ÎN CONTEXTUL EDUCAȚIEI NONFORMALE

    Din perspectiva teoretică și praxiologică, educația nonformală reprezintă o dimensiune importantă a educaţiei permanente şi parte integrantă a învăţă rii pe tot parcursul vieţii. În articolul de față se analizează conceptul și caracteristicile educației nonformale și se prezintă abordările psihopedagogice referitoare la organizarea activităților educaționale în contextul educației nonformale. Abordările pedagogice ale educației nonformale se referă la sistemul de teorii reprezentat de teoria învățării prin cooperare, teoria umanistă a personalității și abordarea educației centrate de cel ce învață, care asigură direcții teoretice în vederea organizării eficiente a activităților extracurriculare și extrașcolare. Educația nonformală se bazează și pe teorii psihologice precum teoria behavioristă, teoria constructivistă, teoria socio-cognitivă abordate într-o viziune integralistă şi postmodernă.

    În articol este abordată problema educației nonformale (extracurriculare) din perspectiva realizării interconexiunii și continuității între cicluri de învățământ superior. Accentul se pune pe analiza educației nonformale ca subsistem al sistemului de învățământ, a particularităților educației nonformale în cadrul universitar etc. Totodată, sunt propuse unele sugestii de realizare a educației nonformale în cadrul ciclurilor de învățământ universitar.
