Item Developing students’ research skills. Group work perspective: future opportunities for implementation in professional environments(CEP USM, 2024) Sîrbu, Irina; Șevciuc, MaiaThis study focuses on analyzing the group-based organization of educational activities and its role in developing students’ research skills. In the context of modern education, where the emphasis is on competency development, the ability to work collaboratively is a key aspect of the educational process. Within research activities, students become active participants, formulating objectives, selecting methods, and evaluating results. This process helps to reduce anxiety and increase self-confidence, as the responsibility for the final outcome is shared among all group members. Furthermore, the teacher, acting as a mentor, provides essential support, assisting students in building confidence and coordinating their actions. The study also examines the stages of project-based activities, including defining objectives, selecting topics, distributing responsibilities, implementing the project, and reflecting on the process.Item Универсальные педагогические компетенции для реализации инклюзивного образовательного процесса в общеобразовательной школе(CEP USM, 2023) Турчак, СветланаIn Moldova, inclusive education is often discussed. Researchers have identified the necessary competencies educators need to create inclusive learning environments, which led to the creation of a new scientific concept in pedagogy called ,,universal pedagogical competencies of inclusive education”. These competencies allow educators to connect knowledge to real-world learning situations, choose the right educational direction, and solve educational situations for all participants. A didactic model consisting of four blocks has been created to develop these competencies. Incorporating this model into professional development programs for educators and managers has been effective in developing these competency blocks. The study has confirmed the effectiveness of the Concept of Directed Formation of Universal Pedagogical Competencies for creating an inclusive educational environment.Item FUNDAMENTALS OF CURRICULUM FOR EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION AND LEARNING(CEP USM, 2021) Guţu, Vladimir; Şevciuc, Maia; Ţurcanu, CarolinaThis article substantiates the concept of the curriculum for extracurricular education and learning from the perspective of competencies.
