These problems can be solved through the involvement / collaboration of both universities and employers. Lack of cooperation that has led to the existing gap, on one hand, the requirement of the company (educational beneficiaries) shall be guided to specific specialties and the labour market requires other specialties. In this context, the issues of quality assurance are specified by the fact that the education is responsible for sustainable development which is determined by the quality of the education. Such integration does not refer only to offer the specialists required by the practical needs, but even more: to answer the application needs and knowledge of the socio-economic environment. The assertive communication is the result of a set of attitudes and learned behaviours, which have like consequence, for a long time, the social relations, bettering, trust development the respect of personal rights, the formation of a healthy style of life. Both, educational managers and teacher, must know and use these assertive communication’s strategies, having the possibility to offer a guidance in the approach of social situations. In the moment when the vital skills which the assertivity incorporates, do not form and develop, are perpetuated inhibitions in the way of communication information’s expression, thoughts, feelings, distrust uncertainty, professional and social failureItem CONDIŢIILE PSIHOPEDAGOGICE DE FORMARE A ABILITĂŢII DE COMUNICARE ASERTIVĂ LA PEDAGOGI(CEP USM, 2007) Lungu, VioreliaFor the pedagogues the formation of abilities of the assertive communication „supposes the act of taking into consideration the individual particularities of each participant at the pedagogical process, the creation of some conditions for the promotion and development of the individual capacities”. All abilities of the assertive communications can be realized through the pedagogues motivation (extrinsic and intrinsic), its self-transformation is characterized by: self-cognition, self-respect, the support of the own point of view, the analysis of the management and communication style, which lead to the formation of an assertive attitude, but the elimination of the blockages in communication, leads to the elimination of the conflicts, misunderstandings which are the first step to the formation of the assertive communication abilities.
