Fundamentele respective sunt încadrate în mod analitic în contextul educaţional din Republica Moldova.

    PEDAGOGIA PROIECTULUI: ACTUALITATE ŞI PERSPECTIVE CONCEPTUAL-FUNCŢIONALE

    The article argues that the project, as a network of meanings, became a significant presence in the educational activity and involves multiple facets formative and sustained cooperation involving intra-and inter-institutional change in order to ensure quality and sustainability, at national and international level. Educational models created through the successful implementation of the project, focusing on results, can replicate in an efficient and relevant in the country and outside it, in whole or in sequence, or experiences acquired, are checked and evaluated, most often, based on indicators of perfor-mance management.

    REFLECŢII PE MARGINEA DEMERSULUI CURRICULAR DE DEZVOLTARE A COMPETENŢELOR DE COMUNICARE ŞI NEGOCIERE EDUCAŢIONALĂ

    L’un des problemes principaux de la démarche éducationnelle est le développement des compétences de communi-cation et de négociation. La capacité de l’individu à se lancer efficacement dansun acte de communication en se basant sur de profondes et vastes connaissances et habiletés constitue un trait particulier des gens modernes. Les spécialistes en communication et négociation soulignent à l’unanimité qu’à partir des années ’80 du siècle passé et jusqu’à aujourd’hui, s’est créée une société centrée sur les valeurs de communication, et, en tant qu’aspect de celle-ci, la négociation devient nécessaire dans tous les domaines de la vie, y compris dans le domaine éducationnel. Le but principal de l’actuelle démarche curriculaire consiste en l’optimisation des compétences de communication et de négociation des étudiants en master par l’enrichissement et la cohérence du bagage verbal, par le recours à un arsenal varié de techniques et leur adéquation aux diverses situations de communication.

    INTERCULTURALITATEA CA DIMENSIUNE ACTUALĂ A CURRICULUMULUI PEDAGOGIC UNIVERSITAR

    The article tackles the inter-culture as a current dimension of the university teaching curriculum and intercultural education as problems of the contemporary world, common for the vast cycle of new educations, being an extremely current and necessary socio-cultural challenge. The new course proposed to the psycho-pedagogic Master’s Degree students is analyzed from the theoretical and practical point of view. Its overall objectives are: •To promote a culture of tolerance through mutual cognition and development ofthe wits of accepting the diversity, as an essential element of an open society; •To know the principal problems, which bound the intercultural pedagogy; •To outline the possibilities and limits of the intercultural approach in education; •To identify and promote the intercultural dimensions of education; •To build up the ability of performing and judging the educational practices, from the point of view of respecting and bringing up the cultural diversity; •To build open and permissive pedagogical alternatives to cultural multiplicity.
