    The problem of aggressive bullying behavior of students is a current one from different perspectives: criminological, psychological, social and educational, first of all. In this study, the focus is on the analysis of the phenomenon in the view of several authors, but also practitioners, on the analysis of different programs to prevent and reduce the aggressive behavior of students at the current stage and the identification of the factors that generate the phenomenon of bullying. At the same time, the elements to prevent and reduce the aggressive behavior of students are analyzed and argued: awareness and information, development of social skills, creation of a safe and inclusive school environment, community involvement, prompt intervention, evaluation and adjustment of educational policies, in this regard.
