    OCUPAREA PERSOANELOR CU DIZABILITĂŢI ÎN CÂMPUL MUNCII: PROBLEME ŞI MODALITĂŢI DE SOLUŢIONARE

    This article examines the employment issues of people with disabilities. The author, applying different research methods (sociological survey, interview, case study, statistical data analysis), identifies the problems faced by people with disabilities, determines the perceptions of people with disabilities regarding their situation and employment opportunities, analyses the requirements required by the labor market for the employment of people with disabilities, identifies the employment difficulties for people with disabilities in the field of work, elucidates the role of state institutions in promoting measures to employ people with disabilities in the labor market.

    The development of the national economy depends on the human capital it holds, which is largely organized according to the level of education, training and health of the population. By holding a job, young people are stimulated to increase their economic and intellectual potential and to contribute to the growth and socio-economic development of the country. The integration of young people in the labour market is a necessary perspective for it reorganization.
