    PREOCUPĂRI PRIVIND SCHIMBĂRILE CLIMATICE ȘI PROBLEMELE DE MEDIU ÎN CONTEXTUL PANDEMIEI: ASPECTE PSIHOSOCIAlE

    Schimbările climatice constituie una dintre problemele și preocupările societale majore la etapa contemporană, dat fiind consecințele negative pe termen lung, unele chiar ireversibile. În mod cert, criza pandemică a readus în discuție și problemele de mediu. Astfel, conectarea psihologiei la schimbările climatice a devenit una dintre prioritățile de bază ale European Federation of Psychologists Associations (EFPA) pentru mandatul de activitate 2021-2023, având drept scop inițierea unor proiecte de cercetare și elaborarea de politici publice privind schimbările climatice. Așa cum schimbările climatice sunt generate de acțiunile umane, în vederea identificării unor soluții viabile la problemele de mediu sunt necesare în primul rând niște schimbări de atitudine și comportament. Studiile arată că schimbările climatice nu sunt doar probleme de ordin ecologic, ci au profunde implicații psihosociale. Prin sintezele prezentate în acest articol ne-am propus să discutăm câteva direcții de integrare a studiilor recente privind schimbările climatice și problemele mediului dintr-o perspectivă socială și organizațională.

    This article describes inclusive research as an emerging research methodology. It defines key ideas and terms, explores opportunities for persons with disabilities (intelectual in particular) to engage in research and to find solutions that benefit not only themselves, but also others alike. The article explores the methods successfully used and challenges that researchers may encounter and should consider in reseraching self-advocacy.

    Starting from the premise that educational institutions function based on the specific rules of an organization, in close connection with the ever-changing social environment, one needs to take a systemic approach both in the institutional analysis and for the psychological assistance within schools. When the educational institution faces the need for development, the psychologist is required to respond to the challenges regarding the successful implementation of strategic changes at the institutional level. In this process, the psychologist has an essential role – they initiate and implement together with the decision-makers programs of organizational development. Given the “multiple organizational demands”, we discuss the role of school psychologists in the process of organizational change within educational institutions.

    Starting from the premise that educational institutions function based on the specific rules of an organization, being closely related to the ever-changing social environment, it is necessary to take a systemic approach in conceptualizing psychological assistance. The services provided by school psychologists must be placed in a complex system of psychological assistance services, which would also include the organizational level. Given the „multiple organizational demands” faced by school psychologists, there is a need to clarify the process of developing and evaluating complex approaches of psychosocial intervention in educational institutions.
