    VALENȚE INTERDISCIPLINARE DE RE-EVALUARE A RELAȚIEI PERSOANĂ-STAT-DREPT ÎN CONDIȚIILE CRIZEI PANDEMICE

    În acest articol punem în valoare valențe ale abordărilor interdisciplinare în vederea elaborarii unor perspective de tip integrat asupra relațiilor dintre persoană, stat și drept în condițiile schimbărilor majore ale tiparelor realității sociale actuale, provocate de criza pandemică. Dintr-o perspectivă conjugată, profilăm două formule esențiale, în care se orientează cercetarea: cea a lui homo sapiens, dotat cu rațiune, în calitate de facultate esențială care îl modelează ca personalitate, și în cea a lui homo juridicus, înzestrat cu drepturi și libertăți, conștient de acțiunea sa și capabil de a fi responsabil.

    CRIZA PANDEMICĂ, UN IMBOLD PENTRU MODERNIZAREA SOCIETĂȚII MOLDOVENEȘTI

    The social order and stability, security and well-being have become essential in the context of the pandemic crisis, highlighting many social and human issues. This article, focusing on the identification of governance mechanisms for the protection of human rights, emphasizes the weaknesses shaped by the pandemic crisis and argues in favor of the need to modernize the Moldovan society. With the assessment of the social-human impact of the pandemic as main objective, the theoretical-methodological framework of synergetics has been used, enabling to deal with the problem within the conceptual, functional, and operational frameworks.
