In this article I will analyze some acts consideres as invasion of the privacy of a person like entering or taking anything in his dwelling, intentionally intercepting or using his private communications, appropriating or using his image or voice while he is in private premises. The analysis is made according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and the legislation and case law of other states such as Romania, Italy.

The objectives of the work are the analysis of the legal framework of the Republic of Moldova in order to establish the conditions under which the manufacturer of medicines for human use is obliged to repair the damage caused to the patient-consumer as a result of the adverse reactions he suffered during use. The research methods applied in the present study are analytical and comparative. With the help of the analytical method, the normative framework of the Republic of Moldova in the given field was analyzed, and the comparative method allowed the comparison of legislation and jurisprudence wjth other states as is Italy. The main results obtained can be summed up in the fact that the legislation of the Republic of Moldova has created a favorable legal framework for manufacturers of medicine for human use. Thus, it is a very difficult to incur liability for damages caused by their adverse reactions.
