Item Influenţa tratării pomilor de prun cu SBA Reglalg şi microelemente asupra activităţii aparatului fotosintetic, peroxidazei şi catalazei(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Gîscă, Alina; Popovici, Ana; Svetlicenco, ValentinaVegetative growth and photosynthesis are the mainstaies of plant vitality, productivity and resilience. Over the course of four years, during the vegetation period, the functionality of the photosynthetic apparatus and the activity of the enzymes peroxidase, polyphenoloxidase and catalase were determined in ontogeny in the leaves of four late varieties of plum. Resulting from the average activity of the enzymes investigated in part, we obtained that it changed differently depending on the environmental conditions, high temperatures, genotype, tree treatments, as well as the differentiated role of each enzyme in the metabolic processes that took place in certain phenophases in the leaves of plum trees of the researched varieties. In all varieties, there were higher values in the version treated with SBA Reglalg and microelements Br, Zn, Mn and Mo. The President variety had higher peroxidase values, Stanley and President varieties of polyphenoloxidase, and Stanley variety of catalase.Item MODIFICAREA ACTIVITĂȚII PEROXIDAZEI ȘI A CATALAZEI ÎN FRUNZELE POMILOR DE PRUN ÎN DEPENDENȚĂ DE TRATARE A POMILOR CU SBA REGLALG ȘI MICROELEMENTE(CEP USM, 2023) Popovici, Ana; Bujoreanu, N.; Svetlicenco, Valentina; Gîscă, AlinaScientific research was carried out in the leaves of four late varieties of plum, two of foreign origin (Stanley and Prezident) and two of local origin (Udlinenaia and Superprezident). In them was determined the activity of the enzymes peroxidase and catalase. The activity values of the investigated enzymes during the vegetation period changed depending on the metabolic processes in the leaves of the trees that took place in certain phenophases, on the environmental conditions, on the amount of oxidative substances that formed in plant cells under the action of high temperatures, the biological peculiarities of the varieties, as well as the substances used to treat plum trees. In the version of the trees treated with SBA Reglalg and microelements B, Zn, Mn, Mo, the activity of these enzymes was higher than in the control version. The mentioned substances positively influenced the activity of these enzymes during the vegetation period. With the modification of the activity of the enzymes peroxidase and catalase in ontogenesis, we mention their participation in the metabolic processes that correlate with the functions of resistance and adaptation of plants to unfavorable environmental conditions and, consequently, the formation of the harvest and the quality of the fruits.
