    The logic of a theoretical study on the issue of judicial protection of human rights and freedoms, obliges us to start from the doctrinal interest in the legal basis of state policy in the field of judicial protection of human rights and freedoms, to highlight what has been done so far, with those pluses and wishes. In general, the issue of human rights and freedoms has always preoccupied and still concerns human thinking. Nor can it be overlooked that the issue of legal policy in the field of judicial protection of human rights and freedoms has not been given due attention, lacking official views on the legal policy of the state in this area.
