Item COMPLEXAREA IONILOR DE NICHEL (II) CU 4-HIDROXI- 3-((2-(FENILCARBAMOTIOIL) HIDRAZONO) METIL) BENZENSULFONATUL DE SODIU ÎN SOLUŢII APOASE(CEP USM, 2022-11-10) Sîrbu, Angela; Palamarciuc, Oleg; Stratulat, ElenaItem COMPLEXAREA TIOSEMICARBAZONEI ALDEHIDEI 5-SULFOSALICILICE SUB FORMĂ DE SARE DE SODIU CU IONII DE NICHEL(II) ÎN SOLUŢII APOASE(CEP USM, 2022) Sîrbu, Angela; Palamarciuc, Oleg; Stratulat, ElenaInteracțiunea ionilor de Ni(II) cu tiosemicarbazona aldehidei 5-sulfosalicilice în formă de sare de sodiu (NaH2L) a fost studiată prin metoda spectrofotometrică UV-Vis. Raportul molar de combinare metal:ligand a fost determinat folosind două metode: metoda raporturilor molare și metoda variațiilor continue. NaH2L formează cu ioni de nichel(II) un complex de culoare galbenă cu raportul de combinare metal:ligand = 1:1, la λ max = 374 nm și rămâne stabil în domeniul de pH 5,80 – 6,60. Dependența absorbanței complexului studiat de concentrația ionilor de nichel(II) este o dependență liniară în domeniul de concentrații 6,0∙10-5 M – 1,1∙10-4 M. In addition, solution studies and the results of antiproliferative activity in human cancer cell lines with some insights into the mechanism of cancer cell death are also reported. In particular, the substitution of one hydrogen at the terminal N-atomof the thiosemicarbazide moiety by a phenyl group resulted in slightly enhanced antiproliferative activity.HL3andHL6showed lower IC50values comparedtoHL1andHL4in MDA-MB-453 and LS174 cancer cell lines. The copper(II) complexes3and6exhibit a2.4- and 4.7-fold increase of activity compared to parent proligands in MDA-MB-453 cancer cell line,respectively. The complex formation of the proligands with copper(II) increased their antiproliferative activity in all investigated cell lines.
