The content of the article reflects the synthesis of scientific approaches to the quality of life at macro and microsocial levels. The purpose of the study lies in the synthesis of theoretical- empirical approaches regarding the quality of life assessment. Achieving the purpose of the research was possible by solving the following objectives, such as: studying the evolution of theoretical- empirical approaches regarding the quality of life; generalization of theoretical-empirical approaches of life quality at macro and microsocial levels; identification of methodological tendencies in the macro and social approach of life quality. Based on the bibliographic referential, conclusions were formulated with reference to the study subject.

Fondul Monetar Internațional, cunoscut și ca instituție Bretton Woods, a fost înființat în 1944 cu scopul de a promova cooperarea monetară internațională, stabilitatea cursului de schimb și extinderea comerțului internațional, acționând ca un creditor de ultimă instanță atunci când o țară membră se confruntă cu o criză economică. Fiind o instituție controversată, fondul are atât susținători cât și critici, care respectiv susțin sau nu indispensabilitatea sa. Experiența de colaborare a statelor cu FMI arată că intervențiile sale duc spre efecte controversate: contribuie la dezvoltarea economică a țărilor împrumutate, dar generează și crize financiare.

The authors provide an overview of the current knowledge regarding the external financial assistance research models. The external financial assistance is approached from the longitudinal and transversal perspective. The critical evaluation outlines a clear image of knowledge of this topic, identifying relevant research models. The critical synthesis of the topics in the academic context develops a theoretical and methodological framework, the position taken in relation to other researchers and theorists, finds the gaps in the conceptual approaches, contributing to the complement of the current debates on the researched topic.

The article presents the security issues from the West and East Europe combined, and tries to identify deliverable tools of capacity building and obtaining a securitar sinergistic effect. It also reveals the main actors and prominent scholars involved in this process. In the context of new challenges for the world in the field of security, we currently assist to a perpetual redefining of the concept of security. The current paper tries to reveal the visionary programs and the reformative strategies of a series of bodies oriented towards an interdisciplinary approach of the concept. The article also, touches upon the problem of international crime, which continues to remain one of the most sizable threats to security. In this sense it reveals the position of international actors to adopt a unique set of permanent evolutionary operational tools and services, which will contribute to a safer world. The Republic of Moldova is seen here as a territory which is strongly influenced by the recent developments throughout the world, remaining a boundary between the conflicts of interest of the great powers and waiting for outside decision factors, usually neighboring countries operating on its territory but with too little decision power to generate a forward movement.
