    Thesis presents the characteristic of the civil action insurance measures and the procedure of their application, annulment, substitution. Institution of civil action insurance measures is one of the main guarantees of defending the rights of citizens and legal persons. The real execution of the court decision is often possible only due to the proper application of insurance measures. As the insurance of the civil action consists of limitations, prohibitions or obligations ordered by the judge or court, the measures must be applied with special attention, taking into account a series of procedural rules.
