This article is a brief analytical study of the information technology sector, which has been recording a prosperous development in the Republic of Moldova during the last 4-5 years, due to the reforms implemented in the country's regulatory framework, as well as to the high qualification of human capital in IT industry, the cost of which is an indisputable factor for attraction of foreign capital inflows. Thus, the main objectives are to analyze the evolution of information technology sector in terms of international accounts statistics, the normative framework along with the premises of its development, the progress achieved by the „Moldova IT Park” and the contribution of foreign investors.

Thus, the organizational behavior becomes an important direction of research in the management of organizations. Deepening knowledge in organizational behavior is one of the main problems of the contemporary approach, because the ability of the individual to engage effectively in one activity or another, based on deep and broad knowledge and skills, is a defining feature of modern man.
EFECTELE HIPERINFLAȚIEI ASUPRA BUNĂSTĂRII CETĂȚENILOR EUROPENI ÎN SECOLUL AL XX-LEA

Hiperinflaţia reprezintă un fenomen care se manifestă prin creşterea exagerată a preţurilor din cauza devalorizării unei monede. De regulă, aceasta apare în urma unor războaie sau a unor puternice recesiuni economice, sociale sau politice. În articol sunt examinate cele mai „spectaculoaseˮ hiperinflații din statele europene și modul cum s-a reflectat în viața cetățenilor. La fel sunt analizate crizele hiperinflaționiste sub aspect evolutiv, precum și cauzele declanșatoare și consecințele asupra economiilor statelor. Sunt examinate și metodele de combatere a acestui fenomen utilizat de diferite state europene în secolul XX.
EVOLUTION OF THE PROFITABILITY ON SALES REVENUE OF THE COMPANIES IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SERVICES IN THE URBAN AREA OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Profitability on sales revenue obtained by companies in the field of water supply and sewerage services is a significant indicator for assessing the economic and financial performance of a company for the internal diagnosis, as well as for the analysis required by the external partners. The purpose of this article is to analyze the evolution of profitability on sales revenue calculated on the basis of profit (loss) from operating activity and profitability on sales revenue calculated on the basis of net profit (loss) in the last 10 years. The most important influencing factors were analyzed, namely: change in the structure and assortment of the products sold, change in unit cost of the products sold and change in sale price. The profitability of sales revenue is largely negative, mainly due to the fact that the costs were not covered by the tariff.
IMPACTUL TURISMULUI ASUPRA ECONOMIEI UNIUNII EUROPENE ÎN PERIOADA PREPANDEMICĂ

Uniunea Europeană (UE) reprezintă una dintre cele mai dinamice și atractive regiuni turistice ale lumii cu cele mai mari fluxuri de turiști înregistrate la nivel mondial. Activitatea turistică are un impact extrem de puternic asupra economiilor unor state (de exemplu: Spania, Franța, Italia) cu ponderi însemnate în PIB-urile naționale cuprinse între 11 și 15%. Dat fiind faptul că această activitate este cea mai afectată de urmările crizei economice provocate de pandemia de COVID-19, evoluția ulterioară se va baza pe o nouă arhitectură de tipuri de relații economice, lumea fiind conștientă de faptul că businessul nu se va mai face ca mai înainte. În articol este analizată statistica economiei turismului din UE la care s-a ajuns, altfel spus, linia de start pentru un nou tip de relații, a căror relansare depinde de abilitățile manageriale, marketologice și logistice etc., pe care le vor utiliza guvernele naționale, precum și autoritățile centrale comunitare. Situația incertă și imprevizibilă impun autoritățile de diferit nivel să recurgă la cele mai neordinare, diverse și, uneori, nepopulare metode. Complexitatea acestor măsuri întreprinse se bazează pe prevederile politicii comunitare în domeniul turismului și pe Strategia europeană pentru ocuparea forței de muncă a UE. Sunt examinate și unele acțiuni și scenarii pe care încearcă să le implementeze la moment guvernele unor state, făcând anumite estimări și prognoze.
MAPPING THE PERFORMANCE INDICES OF THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM

Sustainable entrepreneurship involves sustainable tools and methods. In order to successfully act on the three dimensions of sustainability – economic, ecological and social – entrepreneurs will assess their own potential and design strategic directions for companies. These processes can be streamlined by mapping the performance indices of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, which will help to understand the structure and dynamics of the business environment and to make informed decisions to improve it. By evaluating and monitoring performance indicators, weaknesses can be identified and effective strategies can be developed to stimulate innovation, economic growth and job creation. The assessed indices will include all aspects of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This article, which is an extension of the study on the indices of sustainability of the business ecosystem, provides a summary of these indices and their categorization according to the enterprise environment components.

Organizational culture expresses the degree of adherence of employees to the values and objectives of the company and explains the differences in productivity. The stronger the employee adherence, the more ambitious the organization's goals are. Some researchers propose the use of the new type of culture through a process of accommodation, which involves meeting the higher needs of individuals (recognition, professional fulfillment), the fulfillment of the individual in his personal work environment by combining these with the family and social environment, sticking to the culture and spirit of the company and, as a result, his full realization in the organization. This means: personal involvement in the development of the company, in setting its goals, in improving personal results.
