    The purpose of this article is to establish and elucidate the psychological dimensions and problems of life quality in Republic of Moldova. The life quality examination facilitate s the comprehension of living standards of communities of people, as well as their life style problems. The quality of life is a psycho-socio-economic concept by which there could be evaluated the complexity of life conditions, living standard and life style of the population. The quality of life incorporates the characteristic peculiarities of needs, opportunities, living conditions, manner and values. Each of these characteristics is an important element of daily life standard of every person.

    Un des problèmes majeures de la société de tous les temps, et d’autant plus de l’étape actuelle, concerne la catégorie sociale des personnes avec des déshabilités. La priorité de chaque société est de soigner les enfants et plus spécialement ceux qui nécessitent des soins spéciaux. Dans le présent article on a essayé de développer la base méthodologique d’une théorie se rapportant au langage et à la psychomotricité pour ces enfants. On a élaboré des activités visant à récupérer la psychomotricité et le langage d’après le principe qui aborde les caractères individuels.

    We all knouw Eminescús cosmogony, is and will remain the compactified infinite of the Romanian nation, and his work mirrors the mysteries of Matter, Time, Space, Galaxies and the Universe as a Whole. The reasonings written in „Fragmentarium” suggest the poet’s constant concern for science. The syncretic culture of the Eminescian visions reflects the unknown dimensions, and the fragmentary phrases amaze with the analytical consistency of many cosmogonical and cosmological mysteries. The genius himself recognizes that his mind’s eye sees phenomena that are difficult to understand and difficult to explain.

    RELAŢIA DINTRE STRESUL PSIHIC ŞI MECANISMELE DE APĂRARE LA ADOLESCENŢI DIN PERSPECTIVA DE GEN

    Adolescence suppose the period from childhood to the adult’s life. Changes, confusions, reshapes that take place in the adolescent’s interior and exterior are specific to this period. This stage is special trough the appearance of personality of sexual identity, defining moral values that appear to the adolescences. At the same time the disproportions for this age are accompanied by the emotional instability, caused by the somatic modifications. In this study, we have proposed to delimitate the strategies of adaptation to the stress that are specific to this age, and that in the function intensity, the stress can provoke a difference of gender, that means resorting to some mechanisms of protection and adaptation, provoking a psychic and behavior’s unbalance.

    TULBURARĂRI PSIHICE ALE VICTIMELOR CU LEZIUNI CORPORALE

    Usually medico-legal reports do not contain information concerning psychic disturbances, the evolution of which was debuted or facilitated by the physical traumatism of victims. Therefore this study is devoted to determination of psychic disturbances (acute stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, mental depression) at persons having physical injuries. 50 persons participated in this study. These persons were the “victims of traumatism and physical injuries”who applied for the medico-legal expertise or were exposed to medico-legal expertise by the prosecuting bodies. The obtained results showed that persons having physical injuries may have psychic disturbances represent the consequences of suffered traumatism. Therefore the persons having suffered serious physical injuries represent the highest number of cases of determination of psychic disturbances.
