    TERORISMUL – AMENINȚARE LA ADRESA SECURITĂȚII NAȚIONALE

    Terrorism, being a negative social phenomenon in permanent evolution, endangers a wide spectrum of social values. Currently, it can already be stated that terrorist manifestations threaten national, regional and even international security. Some terrorist organizations have the human, logistical and functional potential that allows them to organize and carry out large-scale attacks. The example of ISIS demonstrates the need for permanent monitoring of terrorist groups and organizations, as well as the undertaking of the most active measures for their temporary destruction. National security being one of the most important social values is to be protected and ensured by applying all possibilities. In particular, the stated ones refer to the situation of particularly dangerous manifestations, such as those of the terrorist type.
