    Pornografia infantila – controverse, soluții, perspective [Articol]

    The importance of regulating child pornography as a phenomenon with serious repercussions on the personality of victims results from unfair assaults on fundamental rights, such as freedom of expression, protection of the intimate sphere and human dignity. The purpose of the thesis is to conduct a thorough research of the child pornography, in order to determine effective measures to prevent and liquidate criminal offenses that affect the normal development of the minor, to provide the interpretation of the provisions of the art.208 1 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova and, also, to present recommendations aimed at improving the legal framework on incrimination of child pornography crime.
