    ASPECTE ALE EVOLUŢIEI RAPORTURILOR ECONOMICE REPUBLICA MOLDOVA – UNIUNEA EUROPEANĂ (1994-2017): ISTORIOGRAFIA PROBLEMEI

    Datorită evoluției raporturilor politice și economice dintre Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană, la moment dispunem de o serie de lucrări care analizează tangențial modul în care aceste relații au evoluat de la începutul anilor 90 până în ultimul an al investigației, 2017. Pe baza criteriului național și organizațional (UE) am decis să clasificăm istoriografia problemei în: 1) Istoriografia RM, 2) istoriografia UE și 3) istoriografia rusă. Istoriografia Republicii Moldova se face remarcată printr-o serie de studii realizate de reprezentanți ai ONG-urilor, cum ar fi E. și V.Prohnițchi, care analizează primele raporturi economice dintre RM și UE, studiul lor fiind editat în 2003, în timp ce dintre autorii mai recenți merită a fi menționată Ana Popa, care analizează, din perspectivă economică, primele efecte ale Acordului de Asociere, în 2015. În ce privește istoriografia Uniunii Europene, o lucrare importantă ce merită a fi menționată este „Moldova: Arena of International Influences” (Moldova: Arena influențelor externe) editată de Marcin Kosienkowski și William Schreiberde, în care este dedicat câte un capitol privind relația dintre RM și fiecare actor geopolitic important. În cazul colaborării RM-UE, este evidențiat că singurul rezultat vizibil al acestei colaborări este reprezentat de succesul pe plan economic, în timp ce alte aspecte sunt reprezentate drept eșecuri ale acestei colaborări. Istoriografia rusă analizează într-un mod negativ eficacitatea raporturilor economice dintre RM și UE, o dovadă în acest sens fiind o monografie elaborată în cadrul Institutului European al Academiei de Științe a Federației Ruse, cu titlul „Uniunea Europeană în căutarea unui rol global: politică, economie și securitate”. Lucrarea respectivă dedică un capitol întreg relațiilor UE-RM, totul fiind prezentat doar din perspectivă politică, efectele negative pentru economia RM fiind explicate prin intensificarea relațiilor cu UE și reducerea interesului față de piața rusă. Totodată, se accentuează lipsa de importanță a RM ca piață de export pentru UE. O analiză mai detaliată a problemei istoriografiei urmează să fie realizată pe parcursul cercetărilor ulterioare.

    ISTORIOGRAFIA OCCIDENTALĂ DESPRE SISTEMUL EDUCAȚIONAL SOVIETIC DIN PERIOADA ANILOR ’50-’60

    During the Cold War there was an interest from the two giants of the second half of the twentieth century, about the economic, military, political, cultural and social systems of the opponent. In this article, we will analyse how Western historiography, especially American historiography, has analyzed the Soviet educational system at all levels, both during the Cold War and in the period following the demise of the USSR. The article in question will analyse what issues have been addressed by various authors, namely what were the common elements that we have the chance to meet with various authors, as well as elements that have been addressed by only one author. At the same time, it is important to note that there are certain differences in approach between the authors who studied the Soviet education system during the Cold War and those who studied the subject after 1991.
