Pentru atingerea scopului propus, s-au folosit următoarele metode de cercetare sinteza abordărilor conceptuale ale angajamentului asumat, comparația, generalizarea, deducția. Cercetarea a rezultat în formularea unor concluzii cu privirea la esența si semnificația angajamentului asumat pentru sporirea performanței organizațiilor.
