R-technology is a visual programming technology, which combines basics of programming technology, theory of graphs and visual representation. This technology is characterized by the use of graphics and a complex system of documentation - which provides reengineering and automated and distributed technology of software development. After R-technology and R-charts language research, we have intended to develop a distance learning course named "R-technology and its application". This course will be accessed remotely via the Internet by those who wish to study a new technology of visual programming.

Assessments can be classified in many different ways. The most important distinctions are formative and summative. Formative assessment is generally carried out throughout a course. A common form of formative assessment is diagnostic assessment. Formative assessment, also referred to as educative assessment, is used to aid learning. In an educational setting, formative assessment might be a teacher or the learner, providing feedback on a student's work. Summative assessment is generally carried out at the end of a course or project. In an educational setting, summative assessments are typically used to assign students a course grade.

Three general learning models are considered and the advantages of these models are analyzed. The modeling of learning processes by means of UML is purposed and the advantages of these modeling are analyzed.
