In our article we try to analyse the concept of personal affirmation from different theoreti cal perspective. The authors are interested tounderstand the central elements of personal affirmation: the narcissistic component, the process of personal knowing, personal development. The conclussions of the article are: 1)the personal affirmation is preceded by a difficult process of psychological work and can include the positive and negativefunctioning; 2) a positive finality of personal affirmation need a very suportive and ‚open-minded’’ context, în which the personality have the oportunity to descover his true self.

În condițiile sociale actuale cuplul conjugal devine extrem de vulnerabil și deseori evoluția acestuia este perturbată. În vederea asigurării unei funcționalități optime a diadei conjugale se impune necesitatea identificării unor strategii intervenționale și elaborarea programelor menite să ajute cuplurile în depășirea obstacolelor cu care se confruntă în interacțiunile cotidiene, deplasând accentul spre conștientizarea și focalizarea pe aspectele pozitive ale diadei conjugale. În articolul de față sunt prezentate modalitățile de intervenție psihologică pentru armonizarea relațiilor de cuplu, bazate pe pozitivarea percepțiilor partenerilor conjugali și a relației. De asemenea, este prezentată și o mostră a unei ședințe din cadrul programului propus. Rezultatele demersului formativ realizat denotă impactul pozitiv al strategiilor aplicate pentru îmbunătățirea interacțiunilor diadice, confirmându-se astfel eficacitatea programului de intervenție psihologică utilizat.

Contemporary psychology attempts to clarify the efficiency issues in relation with other persons. The research is supporting the leading role of logics and cognitive style, as well as the research supporting the role of affectivity and appreciative reflexive style of the person. Reflexivity was studied in relation to individual impulsivity, which is opposite to the uncontrolled reactions. It is assumed that high self-control correlates with the person reflexivity. In the present research, we intend to clarify the effectiveness of reflexivity in relation to the locus of control.

At the present stage, the phenomenon of migration took such a scale that it threatens to transform the European countries into multi-ethnic societies. Ethnic mixed marriages raise a wide range of questions related to parents' cultural identities, being a meeting spot of two national cultures. Each ethnic community elaborates its own representations on how they should be and tends to keep this resulted image in the national conscience, to display it in traditions, actions and relations with the representatives of their own people. In our multi-ethnic society, marriages between representatives of different ethnic groups are a natural thing. Henceforth, there results the necessity to learn about the psychological particularities of cohabitation, both as individual and social tasks.
MANIFESTAREA HIPERACTIVITĂŢII CU DEFICIT DE ATENŢIE LA COPII

Hyperactivity with inattention is a disorder which starts before four years old, but it is not recognized until the child becomes a pupil. Manifestation persists during the entire childhood and expresses itself by such troubling elements as negativism, annoyance or fretting. A part of such characteristics could be recognized with all children, especially with those younger than three years old. The difference between hyperactive children with inattention and other fellows is a much higher degree and frequency of these characteristics` manifestation for them. When schooling starts, hyperactivity with inattention becomes more acute and ample by educational non-adaptation, tiredness and failure. Precocious hunting out and prophylaxis of this disorder could forestall the stress during the school adaptation and conduct disorder which could happen later in adolescence and youth.

Articolul reflectă opinia autorilor cu privire la rolul expertizei în elaborarea şi validarea instrumentelor de evaluare. Sunt analizate criteriile de selectare a experţilor reflectate în literatura de specialitate. Sunt prezentate rezultatele abordării empirice privind definirea criteriilor de selecţie a experţilor pentru evaluarea calităţii vieţii în mediul educaţional în Republica Moldova.
