The notary authentication of a legal document has an enormous importance in the contemporary society, while had not fully explored its potential in the Republic of Moldova. The below article describes the tradition of producing a testament in the Republic of Moldova, identified by the author of the article over his notary experience, drawing parallels with the new legal provisions, after the modernization of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.
