EVOLUŢIA ECONOMIEI ROMÂNIEI DUPĂ UN DECENIU DE LA ADERAREA EI LA UE
    (CEP USM, 2018) Patraș, Mihai
The paper presents the socio-economic and political achievements realised by Romania during a decade of upward development within the EU. As a result of the well-being of Romania's European and international status after 2007, it has become attractive to foreign investors. Following the rapid and substantial increase in EU and US investment (up to 9−12billion),RomaniahasbecomethecountrywiththelargestGDPintheregion(equaltoabout 200.0 billion), overtaking not only Ukraine, but also Greece. At the same time she managed to diminish by 24 pp. for one decade, its gap between GDP per capita and current average. Significant success is that in the second quarter of 2018 an average salary of almost 1,000 dollars / month was achieved, which is an important socio-economic point of view: on the one hand, the number of people with intentions to go to work in other states, and on the other hand there is an increase in the number of Romanians who want to return to their homeland. In recent years Romania has the highest economic growth rates in the EU, it is the main trading partner of the Republic of Moldova.

ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTUL DE TOATE NIVELURILE – PRIORITATE NAȚIONALĂ A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA PENTRU CÂTEVA DECENII
    (Performantica, 2020) Patraș, Mihai
The present work exposes the structural analysis by matters of economists preparation in the high school inlsinstitutions after its liberalization and after "Bologna system" application. It is mentioned that besides some new possibilities of improvement, contemporary were introduced several new disciplines, which removed or decreased the hours for other traditional, but specially useful, disciplines, that contribute to the formation of the economist figure as such. It is shown the necessity of inventorying the situation, namely the substanti al reduction of the number of disciplines, excluding auxiliary or duplicating ones, and at the same time correspondingly increasing the time fund for the basic disciplines (Statistics, for example). It is also necessary to introduce new disciplines (like the Economy of the Republic of Moldova). This would contribute to the increase of the professionalism of the graduates and to the increased "demand" of them by the economic entities.
