ACŢIUNEA DIMINUĂRII ACTIVITĂŢII MUSCULARE DE DIFERITĂ DURATĂ ASUPRA STĂRII FUNCŢIONALE A UNOR INDICI HEMATOLOGICI

This research is devoted studying of influence of restriction of locomotor activity of different duration (2,4,6 hours)on level of some hemotologic indices on white rats. The obtained results testifies that hypokinesia leads to some changes of investigated hemotologic indices which are shown in decrease of number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and concentration of hemoglobin, and also increase in erythrocyte sedimentation rate.

This paper deals with the studying of the funcţional state of the pituitary-thyroid system at white rats under the action of the hypokinezy and hyperthermia.Howing carried on the investigationsit was established that: The with a duration of 1,2,3 days leads to the functional activation of the thyroid gland.The hipokinezy on the baskground of the medicine psihotrop eglonil is characterised trough less evident modifications in the balance of thyroid hormones and thyroid stimulating hormone.

This paper deals with the activity of pyrogenal (50 μg/kg) upon the functional state of the thyroid gland. Determining the level of the tiroxin (T4) and 3-iodtironin (T3) at white rats that were administered pyrogenal, we ascertain a rapid growth of these hormones. Essential changes were of 50 established in the thyroid gland structure. the administered MSH on the pyrogenal background has a protective role for thyroid gland normalizing the modifications that had taken place.

The aim of this paper was the study of some hemathologic indexes under the action of total hunger at a duration ofone, two and three days.The total hunger during four days leads to the modifi cation of the hemathologic indexes manifested in the lessening of the examined parameters.The total hunger during four days leads to the appearance of hipoglicemia at white rats.
DINAMICA MODIFICĂRII UNOR FACTORI COAGULANŢI LA ACŢIUNEA INANIŢIEI COMPLETE

The present paper is dedicated to the study of coagulated parametess at white rats, subjected to total hinger. During the total hunger, with the period of 1, 2, 3, 4 days, thewhite rats showed no essantial modifications in the indexes of the coagulation level. The increase of the fi brinogen at the rats subjected to total hunger leads to the rise of blood coagulation.The total hunger leads to an increase of the protrombin time and of the tromboplastine partial activated, consisting aprotective reaction of the organism.

Itwas established that inanities complete with the regime water physiologically normal time of 1,2,3,4, days led to achange gradually indices hematological (quantity as well, count, hemoglobin and speed of accretion of RBC) what ismanifest in the movement values parameters investigated.
