    Noile tehnologii ale formării – resursele multimedia – constituie în prezent un element de neînlocuit, o tendinţă atractivă şi un deziderat pentru eficientizarea strategiilor de predare-învăţare. Site-urile, softurile educaţionale asigură profesorilor multiple opţiuni de selectare a conţinuturilor pentru ghidarea şi motivarea grupului în care lucrează, iar studenţilor – deprinderi de muncă intelectuală independentă, care implică observarea, descoperirea, comparaţia şi selectarea informaţiei. Posibilităţile oferite de site-ul TV5 Monde, de manualele on-line gen Français facile, de numeroasele resurse (site-uri de specialitate, dicţionare, enciclopedii) permit o formare personalizată, dar şi perfecţionarea competenţelor de înţelegere şi exprimare scrisă şi orală în limba franceză. Astfel, resursele vizate devin relevante pentru proiectarea unui eseu, a unei sinteze sau la realizarea portofoliilor, asigurând, la final, evaluarea şi autoevaluarea.

To be motivated to build a career in education means to have the desire for changes and for progress. Education is an international priority and each society must have the interest to promote knowledge. Today, to be a teacher is a real challenge, because it means to change a pupil's live and to be involved in a social responsibility. Building a teaching career is a complicated way of achieving society’s balance and harmony. Teaching career involves a strong intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and also a real force of altruism.

    Choosing a profession is a very important step in everyone’s life. This is a process that influences our future and depends on our values, preferences and skills. The process of choosing a profession is accomplished in many different and difficult steps. The continuity of this process is in a close connection with the personal motivation, with personal motives and the preference for a certain professional field. A very important factor in the choice of the profession is represented by the intrinsic and extrinsic actors. Taking a right decision about the profession influences directly the well-being and the individual inner comfort, that highlights the relevance of this process.
